    Extruded aluminum is one of the most popular and cost-effective ways to manufacture radiators.Standard extrusion radiators are pre-cut and finished radiators and usually include installation hardware.Standard extruder radiators include finished flat back, double or maximum clamped extruders with clearance usually used for plate-level cooling.It can be used in LED, IGBT and IC devices, as well as various other electronic packages.

    The radiator fin has an important capability in CNC manufacturing and can be obtained from a large number of aluminum extrusion parts and existing molds in the radiator short-term prototype.

    Extrusion radiators use an extrusion manufacturing process in which the material is pushed through the required cross section of the mold.The cross section of the extrusion radiator is very complex and the material used is fragile.Extruded parts have excellent surface finish and are ideal for other surface treatments such as anodizing or electroplating.

    We use AL6063 aluminum alloy with high thermal conductivity, which most radiator manufacturers do not use because it is a "fudge" and it is difficult to process without a good technical formula.The extruded fin provides both a thin fin and a aspect ratio of about 8:1, thus providing the best fin performance.
