1. Melting casting

(Melting casting is the first process of aluminum production)

(1) Ingredients:

According to the specific alloy brand to be produced, calculate the addition amount of various alloy components, and reasonably match various raw materials.

(2) Smelting:

The matched raw materials are melted in the melting furnace according to the technological requirements, and the impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed by means of degassing and slag removal refining.

(3) Casting:

The molten aluminum is cooled and cast into round rods of various specifications through deep well casting system under certain casting conditions.

2. Extrusion:

Extrusion is the means of forming profiles.First, according to the profile product section design, manufacture a mold, use the extruder will be heated good round cast bar extrusion form the mold.

The commonly used 6063 alloy is extruded with an air-cooled quenching process and an artificial aging process to complete the heat treatment.The heat treatment system of heat-treatable alloy of different grades is different.

3. The color

The main process is as follows:

(1) Surface pretreatment:

Chemical or physical methods are used to clean the surface of the profile to expose the pure substrate, so as to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film.Mirror or matt surfaces can also be obtained mechanically.

(2) Anodic oxidation:

After surface pretreatment, under certain technological conditions, anodic oxidation occurs on the substrate surface, resulting in a dense, porous and strong adsorption AL2O3 film layer.

(3) Hole sealing:

The pores of the porous oxide film formed after anodic oxidation were closed to enhance the anti-pollution, anti-corrosion and wear resistance of the oxide film.Oxidation film is colorless and transparent, the use of the strong adsorption of oxidation film before sealing, in the film hole adsorption deposition of some metal salt, can make the profile appearance show natural (silver white) other than many colors, such as: black, bronze, gold and stainless steel color.
